TeachThink Cost

TeachThink College-prep Courses

TeachThink courses are $299 per course. Included in each course all necessary materials and one-on-one or group services* with a TeachThink professional. Additionally, all other course materials, including registration information for online coursework and “cyber- meetings* will be provided. (Meeting times vary by course and learner needs; details of each are viewable within each course syllabus.)

All billing details are provided up front. There are no hidden fees or contracts. Some courses may require students to purchase texts, but these are generally low cost, and often available locally at used bookstores.

* Note: TeachThink is highly individualized student-centered learning, and therefore caters to an intentionally small customer base. However, TeachThink fees may be mitigated by grouping of students, and offers some basic services to all students free of charge. (That is, if three peers, siblings, or friends would like to take the courses together, a “group fee” will be agreed upon by both parties that will result in reduced fees over the standard one-on-one rate.)

*Access to the internet is highly-advisable in most courses, though modifications can usually be made to processes to accommodate a lack of internet access

Tutoring Services

In addition to college-preparation coursework, TeachThink also offers traditional “tutoring” services, where TeachThink professionals work with students on individual skills and assignments to increase both their understanding and confidence levels–generally the primary causes of low classroom performance.

Costs can vary, but are very much in line with–or less than–more traditional tutoring services, at $40 per hour. There are NO other fees or hidden costs, and learners may withdraw from tutoring services at anytime.

TeachThink accepts Check, MO, cash, or Paypal. Individual billing plans can be developed on a case-by-case basis.
