How Does TeachThink Support the “Whole Child”?

Of course, students are not merely the products of curriculum and instruction. Rather, they are learners in the early stages of understanding the world around them, and forming habits–or “habits of mind”–that will continue to form their thinking and character growth throughout their lives. At TeachThink, we incorporate elements of Art Costa’s “Habits of Mind” to help support the whole child.

The following paper is a bit “dry,” but if you skim through it, you’ll get a sense of what it’s all about.
